Others may fail
Some plumbers aren't experts at clearing stoppages the way we are. Some companies recommend work that isn't necessary. Sometimes they lack the expertise, and sometimes they're trying to raise their profits with unneeded repairs.
If you've been told you need a repair or a dig-up that you don't think is needed, call us for a second opinion. We often find the recommended repairs aren't necessary.

Pipes do break and wear out
Sometimes piping is rotten or broken and needs repair or replacement. We're a fully licensed plumbing contractor and a General Engineering contractor, licensed to work on private property and in the public roadway.
Most plumbers are licensed for private property only and can't legally work on your piping in a public easement or roadway. Call us and we'll do the job start to finish without hiring another contractor.
Cable or hydro jetting?
A cable machine punches through a blockage. A jetter scours the full diameter of the pipe with high-pressure water. Grease-heavy kitchen lines, recurring main-line clogs and root problems often call for jetting. We'll recommend what your line actually needs.
Prevent the next clog
Wipe greasy pans with a paper towel before washing them. Then run cold water while you wash. Grease stays solid in cold water and won't coat the pipes nearly as often. If every fixture is slow at once, the problem may be the main line or the septic system.
Frequently asked questions
How long have you been doing drain cleaning?
We've provided professional drain cleaning and sewer rooter service in the mountain communities since 1986.
My tub and toilet both back up. Is that one clog or two?
Usually one problem in the main line. When multiple fixtures back up or gurgle together, the blockage is downstream where they join, often roots, scale or a sag in the line.
Do you clean commercial and restaurant drains?
Yes. We clear floor drains, floor sinks, mop sinks, grease-heavy kitchen lines and main lines for commercial and restaurant properties.
Can you give a second opinion on a sewer dig-up?
Yes. If another company recommended a dig-up or major repair, call us. We often find it isn't needed.
