Plumbing Repair in Lake Arrowhead & the Mountains
Leaks, water heaters, repipes, gas lines and fixtures, repaired by a C-36 licensed plumbing contractor who has worked these mountains since 1986.
Everyday plumbing, built for mountain conditions
The fixtures are the same as anywhere else. The difference is installing and repairing them for freezing nights, snow, altitude and cabins that sit empty for months.
Water heaters
- Tank water heater repair and replacement, sized for cold incoming mountain water
- Tankless water heaters, including descaling service for hard water
- No hot water, leaking tanks, pilot and ignition problems, relief valve issues
- Setting heaters to pilot for vacation homes and long trips
Pipes & repipes
- Whole-house repipes for aging galvanized or polybutylene lines
- Broken pipe repair: freeze bursts, soil shift, roots
- Frozen pipe thawing, insulation and heat tape
- Water pressure testing and pressure regulator replacement
Fixtures & valves
- Faucets, toilets, showers and tubs repaired or replaced
- Main shut-off valves: replace a seized valve before you need it
- Supply lines, angle stops and hose bibbs
- Winterizing for vacant cabins and rentals
Gas lines
- Gas line repair and new runs for heaters, ranges and dryers
- Pressure-tested to code
- Smell gas? Leave the building, don't flip switches, and call the gas utility from outside.
Why mountain plumbing fails differently
Cold is the obvious culprit, but altitude, snow load, months of vacancy in second homes, shifting soil and earthquakes all break pipes up here. We've seen your exact problem, in your kind of house, many times before.
Water pressure is another quiet one. It should be about 55 to 60 psi at the valves behind the washing machine. Higher than that shortens the life of your water heater and nearly every fixture in the house. We test it and adjust or replace the regulator if needed.

Burst pipe right now?
Shut off the main water valve first, then call (909) 338-1229. If water is near electrical panels or outlets, stay clear and tell us on the call.
Pipes do wear out
When piping is rotten or broken, it needs repair or replacement. Our engineering license lets us work on private property and in the public roadway, so we can finish the job start to finish.

Frequently asked questions
My pipe burst. What do I do first?
Shut off the main water valve immediately, then call (909) 338-1229. If water is near electrical panels, stay clear and tell us on the call.
What should my water pressure be?
About 55 to 60 psi, measured at the valves behind the washing machine. Higher pressure shortens the life of the water heater and fixtures, and the fix is usually adjusting or replacing the pressure regulator.
Do you install tankless water heaters?
Yes. We install, repair and replace both tank and tankless water heaters, sized for mountain homes and cold incoming water.
Can you repair a line under the street?
Yes. Most plumbers are licensed only for private property. Our General Engineering (A) license lets us work in the public easement and roadway too.
